The Role: Commercial, Hands-On and High Impact

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll take full responsibility for financial reporting, control and insight across a portfolio of operational sites.

This role goes beyond reporting - you'll operate as a Finance Business Partner, challenging performance, strengthening controls and adding commercial value.

• Produce timely, accurate management accounts, budgets and forecasts for multiple sites
• Analyse financial performance, identifying variances, trends and key drivers
• Own balance sheet accuracy, including reconciliations, fixed assets and GRNI
• Act as the main finance partner to site teams, leading financial reviews
• Prepare statutory accounts and support VAT, tax and audit requirements
• Contribute to finance improvements and ad-hoc projects across the wider business

About You

You'll be commercially minded, detail-focused and comfortable operating in a fast-moving, multi-site environment.

You'll bring:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting or Business, with ACCA / CIMA / ACA part-qualified or qualified
  (salary dependent on qualification level)
• Strong management accounting experience
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capability
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Clear, confident communication with finance and non-finance stakeholders
