Senior Delivery Recruitment Consultant - Technology

Salary & Package

• Basic salary up to £40,000 DOE
• Realistic OTE £50,000–£60,000+ in year one
• Uncapped, threshold-free commission
• 1 day per week working from home - negotiable/flexible

The Role

This is a 180, delivery-only position supporting a number of established technology client accounts. There is no business development involved.

You will be responsible for delivering IT and technology professionals into live roles, managing the full delivery lifecycle and working closely with clients to ensure consistent, high-quality fulfilment.

The role covers a wide range of tech disciplines including:

Data, Cyber Security & Defence, Infrastructure & Cloud, Software Engineering, Testing & QA, Digital & Design, DevOps and D365.

The focus is on permanent and/or contract recruitment, placing mid-level through to senior professionals, with a mix of candidate delivery, client engagement and account management.

The Company

A well-established and successful technology recruitment business operating across contingency, MSP/RPO and consultancy models. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add an experienced delivery consultant to their expanding team.

The Person

• Previous agency recruitment experience (ideally 1+ year within one business)
• Technology recruitment experience preferred, though recruiters from other professional services sectors will be considered
• Perm or contract or temp experience considered
• Looking to step away from a 360 role and focus purely on senior delivery consultant
• Strong communicator, organised and delivery-focused
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
