Aftersales Manager

£40,000 Basic- £60,000 Salary + Bonus/OTE

Monday – Friday

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Aftersales Manager to join a busy and successful automotive dealership in Oxford.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and hands-on automotive professional looking to lead a high-performing aftersales department within a well-established business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the daily operation of the Service, Parts and Workshop departments
• Driving profitability and departmental performance
• Managing and motivating the aftersales team
• Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and retention
• Monitoring KPIs, productivity and efficiency levels
• Maintaining manufacturer and company standards
• Supporting training and development across the department

Requirements:

• Previous Aftersales Manager / Service Manager experience within the motor trade
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Commercially driven with a focus on customer service
• Ability to manage performance and drive results
• Kerridge/CDK or similar DMS experience advantageous
• Full UK driving licence required

Package:

• £40,000 – £60,000 Basic Salary
