Role: Recruitment Resourcer

Location: Haydock, WA11 9UX

Hours: Part Time Monday - Friday (Hours are flexible)  

Salary: £13.00 - £13.75 per hour 

An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our successful team.

What you will get up to;

• Keep in close contact with existing candidates to keep abreast of their needs
• Advertise and source suitable candidates via online candidate attraction
• Present candidate details to consultant and arrange interview, where appropriate
• Provide candidates with comprehensive information and instructions on the client, including its location, Health and Safety at Work requirements, job expectations, standards and rate of pay
• Encourage candidates to work in such a way as to ensure the highest possible credit to OA
• Co-ordinate with other branches in order to ensure that the maximum number of bookings are filled
• Generate leads from candidates
• Continually check with client the placement is satisfactory and follow up progress
• Ensure every temporary’s work is satisfactory by means of verbal and written checks
