Commercial Property Lawyer Role – Key Responsibilities

Manage a Diverse Commercial Property Caseload

• Development projects and land transactions
• Acquisitions and disposals
• Investment and portfolio transactions
• Commercial leases and asset management

Client Work & Relationship Development

• Advise a broad client base including developers, investors, housebuilders, social housing providers and energy companies
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Work closely with an experienced and well-regarded real estate team

Commercial Property Solicitor Requirements – Taunton Role

Experienced Commercial Property Lawyer (3+ PQE)

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (England & Wales)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Commercial Property Law
• Experience gained within a regional, national, or boutique law firm
• Strong technical knowledge of real estate transactions
• Excellent communication and client management skills
