We are seeking a Service Management Lead to join a growing technology consultancy delivering complex digital, cloud, and integration services across enterprise environments. This role will lead service delivery and security operations, ensuring high levels of performance, governance, and customer satisfaction across critical systems and services. You will manage and support technical teams, oversee incident and change management processes, and act as an escalation point for complex technical and operational issues.
Key Requirements
Strong experience in Service Delivery / Service Management environments
Good understanding of ITIL practices, particularly Incident and Change Management
Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
Knowledge of cloud technologies, ideally AWS
Exposure to DevOps tooling and CI/CD environments
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide technical teams
