JOB TITLE: Sales Administrator
CONTRACT: Permanent
HOURS: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

SALARY: £25,000-£30,000
LOCATION: Poole
We are partnered with successful Poole based company to recruit for a Sales Administrator. As part of a close-knit administration team you will support with the day-to-day coordination of engineers and works.

- Coordinate daily schedules for installation, maintenance, and service engineers
- Allocate jobs efficiently based on engineer availability, location, and skillset
- Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email
- Prepare and process quotations, invoices, and job documentation
- Maintain accurate records of jobs, customer details, and service history in CRM systems
- Monitor job progress and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts or delays
- Follow up on completed jobs to ensure customer satisfaction and handle feedback
- Order equipment and materials in line with scheduled works
Is this you?
- Previous experience in a sales administration, scheduling, or customer service role
- Proven ability to coordinate diaries, schedules, or field-based engineers/technicians
- Experience using CRM systems and job management software
- Strong administrative background with experience handling quotes, invoices, and order processing
- Demonstrable experience dealing with customers in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
