A highly respected, fully Chartered Independent Financial Advisory firm with six offices across the UK is looking for an experienced Chartered Financial Planner to join its London team.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a well-established, professionally led environment with strong infrastructure, a high-quality inherited client base, and a genuine pipeline of new enquiries — giving you the platform to focus on what you do best.

This is a firm built on technical excellence, ethical practice, and a genuine commitment to independent, client-centric advice. With Chartered status at firm level and a culture that reflects it, you will be joining a business where standards are high, support is genuine, and long-term careers are the norm rather than the exception.

The Role

  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients and their families
  • Contribute to business growth through professional referrals, networking, and firm-generated leads
  • Maintain the highest standards of compliance, professionalism, and ethical practice throughout
  • Where appropriate, provide mentoring or leadership support to junior advisers and paraplanners within the team

About You

  • Chartered Financial Planner status — essential
  • Several years of experience in a financial planning or advisory role
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • A professional, ethical, and genuinely client-first approach
  • Comfortable identifying and developing new business opportunities
  • Management or leadership experience is highly advantageous
  • Ambitious, collaborative, and looking to grow within a firm that will invest in you

What Is on Offer

  • Salary up to £75,000 plus bonus, aligned to experience and contribution
  • An inherited client portfolio with a strong pipeline of new enquiries
  • Full paraplanning and administrative support
  • Clear progression pathways, including leadership opportunities
  • A supportive, forward-thinking culture within a highly regarded Chartered firm
