A well-regarded secondary school in Brackley is seeking to appoint a committed Mathematics Teacher to cover a maternity leave starting in September 2026. The Role:

• Deliver high-quality Mathematics lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 teaching may be available depending on experience)
• Plan and adapt lessons to develop students' confidence, reasoning, and problem-solving skills
• Differentiate effectively to support a range of abilities and learning styles
• Assess, monitor, and track student progress, providing clear feedback
• Work closely with colleagues to share best practice and maintain high standards
• Contribute to wider school initiatives, including enrichment or intervention programmes

What We're Looking For:

• A qualified Mathematics Teacher (QTS/QTLS or equivalent)
• Strong subject knowledge and confidence teaching GCSE Maths
• A passion for engaging students and making Maths accessible
• Effective classroom management and a proactive teaching approach
• A team player with strong communication and organisational skills
• ECTs are welcome to apply, with support and mentoring available
