THE ROLE

You’ll lead a Front of House / Reception Team responsible for delivering an exceptional client and guest experience across premium client floors and meeting spaces.

This role combines:

• Front of House leadership

You’ll be the person ensuring the reception and client experience operation runs seamlessly — from VIP arrivals and high-profile meetings to managing team rotas, solving on-the-day challenges and creating a genuinely memorable experience for every visitor.

WHAT THEY’RE LOOKING FOR

• Front of House Team Leader experience within legal or professional services is ESSENTIAL

• Reception Team Leader experience within a corporate/professional environment

• Senior Receptionist / Client Experience background

• Experience managing or mentoring reception/front of house teams

• Strong stakeholder management skills

• Someone calm, polished and highly organised

• Experience working in a fast-paced law firm or professional services business is highly desirable

Shift pattern between 7am–7pm (35-hour week)
