Are you an experienced IFA Administrator looking to join a supportive and forward-thinking financial planning firm? NJR Recruitment is working in partnership with a highly reputable and established independent advice firm in York, who are looking to welcome a skilled administrator into their expanding support team.


This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering first-class administrative support, with a focus on detail, client care, and adviser efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing new business applications across pensions, investments, and protection
  • Creating and maintaining client valuations and illustrations
  • Chasing Letters of Authority and liaising with third-party providers
  • Preparing pre-meeting documentation and review packs for advisers
  • Supporting advisers with end-to-end client journey administration
  • Keeping CRM records and compliance documentation up to date


What We're Looking For:

  • Prior experience in an IFA or financial planning environment is essential
  • Comfortable working with providers and back-office systems (e.g. Intelligent Office or similar)
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • A proactive, detail-focused approach
  • A team player who values delivering excellent client outcomes
