We are currently recruiting for an ambitious and customer-focused Car Sales Executive to join a busy and well-established dealership in Reading. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing site with strong enquiry levels and genuine earning potential.

The Role

• Managing the full sales journey from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover
• Building lasting relationships with customers and delivering exceptional service
• Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable vehicles
• Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
• Promoting finance, insurance, and value-added products
• Maintaining accurate records and updating CRM systems

Requirements

• Previous car sales experience or strong background in a target-driven sales role
• Proven track record of achieving targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a driven and professional approach
• Full UK driving licence
