My client is currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their Luton based team on a temp to perm basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-of-house operations within the automotive industry as they may act as the first point of contact for customers entering the showroom.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Greeting and welcoming customers as they enter the facility to drop off their cars.
• Managing customer queries and providing detailed information about services.
• Coordinating with the service team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Handling administrative tasks related to service advising.
• Utilising Pinnacle software for service management (training provided if necessary).
• Communicating effectively with customers via email and phone.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven front-of-house experience in the automotive industry.
• Qualified as a Service Advisor within the automotive sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in managing emails and phone communications.
• Experience with Pinnacle software is advantageous but not essential.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
