We're working closely with a leading global reinsurer on a key hire to support their fast-growing longevity portfolio. This is an operations-led, client-facing position focused managing large, complex longevity contracts once they move into BAU.
The role: - Own the ongoing operational management of in-force longevity contracts - Act as the key coordination point between clients and internal teams (actuarial, legal, ops) - Manage audits, contract changes and ad-hoc client requests - Keep multiple workstreams moving - project managing rather than "doing"
Who it would suit: - Pensions professionals (DB ideally) from administration, implementation or project backgrounds - Reinsurance operations professionals looking to move into client-facing contract management - Strong organisers who enjoy complexity and stakeholder management - Comfortable with Excel and large datasets

Salary to c£60,000 + bonus. London-based with hybrid working (1 day per week in the office).
