Childcare Solicitor
Location: Blackburn / Hybrid/ Remote

A well-established and highly regarded law firm is looking to recruit a dedicated and motivated Childcare Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its nationally recognised Domestic Abuse, Children and Stalking Department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Family Solicitor to manage a varied caseload of childcare and related matters
• Family Solicitor to conduct advocacy where required
• Keeping up to date with relevant legislation and best practice
• Maintaining accurate time recording and billing
• Meeting performance targets and compliance requirements
• Undertaking CPD in line with Law Society regulations

About You:

• Qualified Family Solicitor or Legal Executive with relevant experience
• Strong technical knowledge and practical experience in childcare law
• Confident managing your own caseload and prioritising workloads effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Proactive, organised and commercially aware
• Reliable and conscientious, with strong attention to detail
