This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional looking to step into a true operational business partnering role, supporting site leadership and driving performance across a portfolio of hotels.

The Role

• Act as a key finance partner to General Managers and department heads, providing insight, challenge and support
• Own monthly management accounts, variance analysis and performance reporting across multiple sites
• Lead on budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives
• Support day-to-day operational decision-making, identifying opportunities to improve margins and control costs
• Work closely with central finance teams to ensure strong processes, controls and reporting integrity
• Assist in the preparation of business cases and investment analysis

About You

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
• Background within the hospitality sector is essential
• Prior experience in management accounting or business partnering roles
• Confident working with non-finance stakeholders and able to translate financials into actionable insight
• Hands-on, proactive and keen to develop in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
