Secondary School Supply Teacher

Location: Plymouth
Contract: Flexible (Day-to-Day / Short-Term / Long-Term)
Salary: £160-£230 per day (depending on experience)

About the Role:

We are currently recruiting for flexible and reliable Supply Teachers to work across a range of secondary schools. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified teachers looking to maintain a healthy work-life balance while gaining experience in different school settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
• Ensure a positive and productive learning environment
• Adapt quickly to different schools and classroom settings
• Provide feedback to schools at the end of each day

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Strong classroom management skills
• Flexible and adaptable approach
• Ability to build rapport quickly with students
