Day Rate: £157 a day

Location: Working from home
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 to 5pm
Duration: 5 month contract
What You'll Be Doing
As a Motor Finance Call Handler, you'll manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, speaking confidently with customers, brokers and CMCs about the Motor Finance Redress Scheme. You'll follow call scripts and SOPs, gather and assess information, maintain accurate call notes, and escalate complex cases as needed, all within a fast-paced, SLA-driven contact centre environment.
