  • Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll legislation and regulations.
  • Handle payroll queries and provide resolutions to any discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including Accounting and Finance, to ensure seamless payroll operations.
  • Prepare and submit payroll-related reports to internal stakeholders and external authorities as required.
  • Maintain and update payroll systems and records to reflect changes in employee data.
  • Support audits by providing necessary payroll documentation and reports.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within payroll operations.

A successful Payroll Manager should have:
