Senior Associate 

Salary: £65,000 – £80,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus
Location: West Midlands 

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced legal professional to lead our in-house conveyancing team. You’ll manage the disposal of plots annually, including part exchanges and resales, while driving efficiency and excellence across three regional business units.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and inspire a team of 15, ensuring top-quality conveyancing services.
• Oversee plot sales, part exchanges, and related transactions.
• Provide proactive legal advice and attend key development meetings.
• Manage infrastructure agreements, land transfers, and historic site issues.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and promote best practice.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer.
• Strong background in property law and residential conveyancing.
• 2 years minimum of people management experience 
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
