A well-established, international professional services business is seeking a Procurement & Compliance Lead to take ownership of supplier governance, vendor compliance and operational risk across the organisation.

This is a highly visible role, working closely with senior stakeholders across Legal, Finance, Sales and Operations, ensuring supplier and partner relationships meet commercial, regulatory and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Own supplier, vendor and partner compliance across the business
• Manage supplier onboarding, due diligence and ongoing compliance reviews
• Monitor supplier performance, SLAs and KPIs, identifying and mitigating risk
• Support contract governance alongside Legal and Commercial teams
• Maintain and develop domestic and international partner networks
• Identify operational and regulatory risks and implement mitigation controls
• Develop and improve procurement compliance processes and policies
• Provide guidance and training to internal stakeholders on best practice

About You

• Proven experience in procurement, supplier compliance or vendor governance
• Strong knowledge of supplier due diligence, onboarding and risk management
• Comfortable working in regulated, commercial or professional services environments
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
• Detail-focused, proactive and commercially aware
• Organised and adaptable, able to manage competing priorities
