We are working with a growing independent wealth management firm in Witney who are looking to appoint a Wealth Planning Administrator / IFA Administrator / Financial Planning Administrator to join their expanding team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in wealth management administration, financial planning support, or paraplanning support, with clear progression available as the business continues to grow.
The firm is open-minded on experience and will consider applications from junior candidates through to experienced Wealth Planning Administrators / IFA Administrators / Financial Planning Administrators who are looking to progress into more senior or paraplanning-focused roles.
This is a flexible and evolving position within a supportive team where the Wealth Planning Administrator role can be shaped around the successful candidate’s strengths.
Key Responsibilities – Wealth Planning Administrator / IFA Administrator
- Providing dedicated wealth management administration and support to Financial Planners
- Supporting advisers with full financial planning administration and client servicing
- Preparing suitability reports, recommendation packs, and documentation (Paraplanner Support exposure)
- Conducting research across pensions, investments, and protection products as part of wealth planning support
- Assisting with client reviews, meetings, and ongoing financial planning administration
- Liaising with providers and processing new business and existing business applications
- Maintaining accurate client records in line with compliance standards (IFA Administrator duties)
- Supporting the continuous improvement of processes within the wealth management administration function
Candidate Profile – Wealth Planning Administrator / Financial Planning Administrator
We are keen to speak with candidates who have experience in any of the following:
- Wealth Planning Administrator
- IFA Administrator
- Financial Planning Administrator
- Paraplanner Support / Junior Paraplanner / Wealth Management Support
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong experience in financial planning administration or wealth management administration
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset suitable for an IFA Administrator / Wealth Planning Administrator role
- Progress towards Level 4 Diploma (desirable but not essential)
Package
- Salary: £25,000 – £32,500+ DOE
