Warehouse Operative

Days: Monday to Friday

Shift: 1000-1800

Pay: £12.71 per hour (To be increased when taken on perm)

Responsive Personnel are looking for a Warehouse Operative for a company based in Ampney Crucis to join their growing team.

This is a temp to perm role for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for:

• Stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels
• Picking orders accurately and efficiently
• Packing orders to ensure safe delivery
• Labeling items clearly and correctly
• Operating warehouse equipment (training provided if needed)
• Working as part of a team to meet daily targets and deadlines

What We’re Looking For in a Warehouse Operative:

• Strong attention to detail
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and punctual
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Forklift license (Not nescarrliy needed but an advantage)
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not essential.
