Job Title: Showroom Sales Manager – Retail

Location: Thurrock (Lakeside area)

Earnings: £32,000 – £34,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission (£50k OTE)

Our Thurrock showroom only opened in November and is already on track for a £4m turnover. This isn't a "standing around" role, this is a 14,000 sq ft powerhouse that needs a high-energy leader to drive conversion and dominate the floor.

The Role As our Sales Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the showroom. Reporting to the GM, you’ll lead from the front, demonstrating "the art of the close" to a hungry team of consultants.

• Lead by Example: You’ll spend your time on the floor, not in an office. You’ll be closing big-ticket deals and showing the team how it’s done.
• Drive Conversion: You’ll identify missed opportunities and coach the team in real-time to increase average order values.
• Culture Builder: We pride ourselves on a relaxed, collaborative vibe—but we are unashamedly target-driven. You’ll keep the energy high and the numbers higher.
