Office Administrator – 6-Month FTC

Salary: £28,250
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
Start Date: ASAP

DBS: Enhanced Child & Adult DBS Required

We are currently seeking a proactive and organised Office Administrator to join a care home setting on a 6-month fixed-term contract to cover an existing FTC. This role will suit someone with strong administrative skills and confidence using Microsoft Office and email systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day general administrative support
  • Managing emails, documents, and internal communication
  • Supporting the wider team with office tasks as needed
  • Providing occasional front-of-house / reception cover (very rare – typically 1–2 days per year)

Requirements

  • Strong administrative experience
  • Confident using MS Office, Outlook, and general IT systems
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Enhanced DBS check (Child and Adult Workforce) – required for this setting
  • Ability to start at short notice
