The Role

Working within a busy residential property team, you will support fee earners on a full range of conveyancing matters, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• New build transactions
• File opening and compliance procedures
• Drafting contracts and legal documentation
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties
• Managing correspondence and progressing files

This is a hands-on role offering excellent exposure and the opportunity to develop within a high-performing environment.

About You

• A minimum of 1 year’s experience in a residential conveyancing/paralegal role
• Solid understanding of the conveyancing process
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive, positive, and team-oriented mindset
