Duties of the Accounts Payable Assistant include:

  • Registering invoices
  • Expenses
  • Payment runs
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Preparing payments via bacs
  • Credit card transactions
  • Liaising with the Production team
  • Able to work quickly and accurately
  • High volume multi- currency invoices
  • Ad-hoc duties


Requirements for the Accounts Payable Assistant include:

  • 1-2 years plus accounts payable experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to liaise across the business
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good level of Excel
