Location- Cheltenham

Hours- Wed-Sunday circa 40 hours  (Fixed term contract until January)

Pay rate- £14-£14.50 per hour

Reed are excited to be partnering with a local company to recruit a kitchen team leader to take ownership of the kitchen operation, maintain high standards, and lead a small team in delivering outstanding food and service.

The role is based at their Cheltenham location delivering a concept menu using high-quality ingredients and exceptional customer service. This is a dynamic role involving both kitchen work on site and travelling for occasional events. 

Key Responsibilities

Kitchen Operations

  • Oversee daily food preparation and maintaining standards
  • Lead, train and motivate a small kitchen team
  • Maintain consistent quality and presentation of all food
  • Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are met at all times
  • Manage stock control, ordering, and minimising waste
  • Set up and close down the kitchen efficiently

Event & Mobile Service

  • Travel to local events and festivals with the team (predominantly 1 day events)
  • Assist with van setup and logistics
  • Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

 What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a kitchen
  • Supervisory experience or the desire to move up
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel local for events
