Our client, an industry-recognised professional body, is looking for an experienced Property professional to join their team in Warwick. The role is a phone-based role and will be helping and advising Lettings Agencies across the UK, with queries and regulatory issues. Therefore, a knowledge of the Lettings industry is advantageous, along with a good phone manner.

This opportunity is available on a hybrid working basis, working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

Lettings Advisor requirements: 

• Experience in Estate Agency, Lettings, Lettings Compliance, and/or Landlord & Tenant law 
• Excellent telephone manner
• Ability to listen to and interpret member enquiries and provide relevant advice. 
• Exceptional Customer Service skills with excellent verbal and written communication.  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.  

Duties of a Lettings Advisor will include, but will not be limited to: 

• Answering queries via telephone, providing support and advice
• Log accurate data and member discussions on the CRM system.
• Help review and complete existing legal documents and templates.
• Escalate legal queries where applicable
• Keep up to date with property policies & legislations and the general property industry

Working hours of a Lettings Advisor: 

• Monday to Friday 9 am – 5 pm 
• Hybrid role: 3 days in the office, 2 from home 

The successful Lettings Advisor will be offered:
