The Role

As Breakfast Chef, you will take ownership of the morning service, delivering consistently high standards across a 70-cover plated breakfast operation. You will play a key role in setting the tone for the guest experience each day.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality plated breakfast dishes to 5 standards
• Manage and execute a smooth, efficient breakfast service for up to 70 covers
• Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation at all times
• Maintain excellent hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP compliant)
• Work closely with the Head Chef and wider brigade
• Assist with prep and mise en place for ongoing kitchen operations

About You

• Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or Chef de Partie in a high-quality hotel or fine dining environment
• Strong knowledge of fresh, seasonal produce and breakfast cookery
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
• Enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate about hospitality
• A team player with a positive attitude
