Clients and leads are provided from day one. You will not be starting from scratch.

The Role

You will advise a broad and high-quality client base — including HNW individuals, retirees, business owners, and families — across the full spectrum of financial planning: pensions, investments, tax planning, retirement planning, and cashflow modelling.

This is not purely a servicing role. The firm is looking for someone commercially minded who will play an active part in growing the business — attending networking events, developing professional connections, and strengthening the firm's presence across the region.

  • Deliver holistic, whole-of-market independent financial planning advice
  • Build and deepen long-term client relationships across a diverse and established client base
  • Generate new business through networking, referrals, and professional connections
  • Work closely with a dedicated paraplanning and admin team who support you throughout

About You

  • Experienced IFA from an independent or whole-of-market background
  • Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, and tax planning
  • Commercially driven with a proactive and confident approach to business development
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with a genuine client-first mindset
  • Chartered status is advantageous but not essential
