About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Asset Management to join a high-performing organisation in Belfast on a senior leadership contract through to March 2027.

As a key member of the Senior Management Team, you will report directly to the Chief Executive and take strategic and operational responsibility for the organisation’s asset management and maintenance services. This is a pivotal role focused on delivering high-quality, customer-focused, and value-for-money services to residents while driving continuous improvement and best practice across the department.

About You

We are keen to speak with professionals who bring:

  • Proven experience in asset management or property maintenance leadership, ideally within housing or a regulated environment
  • Strong track record in contract and contractor performance management
  • In-depth knowledge of public procurement legislation, particularly within Northern Ireland
  • Experience developing and delivering strategic asset management plans
  • Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
  • Ability to drive service improvements while ensuring compliance and cost control
