My Dunfermline based client are currently recruiting for an experienced Finance Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Finance professional to join a growing team to assist with key business processes.


The relevant candiate will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out financial transactions including invoicing and accounts receivable
  • Managing client invoices and resolving debt issues
  • Setting up client accounts online
  • Managing client VAT returns
  • Delivering a high level of engagement with clients
  • Working with regulators to manage client accounts
  • Managing client documentation


Relevant experience for this role should include:

  • Experience of working in a practice environment - Ideally 3 years
  • Experience of financial software
  • Strong client facing experience
  • Knowledge of VAT regulations
  • Experience of on-boarding and managing client accounts
