A highly regarded Legal 500 firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its Sheffield office.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a multi-accredited firm, handling a broad range of commercial property matters, including:

• Sales and purchases of commercial property
• Lettings, landlord and tenant matters
• Property financing
• Residential conveyancing work

About You:

• 5 years PQE in commercial property
• Strong knowledge of commercial property transactions
• Ability to manage a varied caseload effectively
• Excellent communication and client care skills
