About the Role

We are currently recruiting compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team in Aberystwyth (SY23). This is a rewarding opportunity to support individuals with daily living activities while promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing.

You will be working in a supportive environment providing person-centred care to service users with varying support needs.

Responsibilities

• Supporting individuals with personal care and daily routines
• Encouraging independence and community engagement
• Assisting with meal preparation and medication prompts
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting concerns
• Providing emotional support and companionship
• Ensuring a safe and positive environment at all times

• Caring, patient, and dependable nature
• Previous support work or care experience is beneficial but not essential
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work long days and/or night shifts
• Right to work in the UK
