Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 per annum + Uncapped Commission (Double OTE)

Our client is an established international events business delivering conferences and summits to senior decision-makers across global markets. They operate within fast-growing sectors including AI, technology, and digital innovation.

The Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Sponsorship Sales Manager to join a successful and growing team.

This role will focus on generating sponsorship revenue across a portfolio of international events. You will be responsible for both new business development and managing existing client relationships, selling high-value sponsorship packages to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Driving sponsorship revenue across multiple events
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities
  • Managing and growing existing client accounts
  • Selling tailored sponsorship packages to meet client needs
  • Building relationships with senior decision-makers and C-level contacts
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure successful event delivery
  • Meeting and exceeding revenue targets
Requirements
  • Previous experience in event sales or sponsorship sales is essential
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Experience dealing with senior stakeholders
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven approach
  • Interest in technology or AI sectors is beneficial
