Primary SEMH Support Assistant – Long Term Opportunity

Reed Education are proud to be working in partnership with a highly regarded specialist primary setting that supports children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Assistant to join this welcoming and nurturing school on a long-term, full-time basis, with the opportunity to transition to a permanent role for the right individual.

About the Role

  • Supporting primary-aged pupils with SEMH needs on a 1:1 and small group basis
  • Promoting positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and engagement with learning
  • Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and support staff
  • Helping to create a safe, structured, and inclusive environment
