Job Title: Customer Support Advisor
Location: DE11
Salary: £13.00 – £14.00 per hour

Job Overview:
We are seeking a professional and empathetic Customer Support Advisor to join a busy and supportive team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring accurate information is recorded and communicated efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and manage incoming calls in a professional and timely manner
  • Make outbound calls where required
  • Accurately record call details and update internal systems
  • Provide clear information and guidance to customers
  • Escalate queries or concerns to the relevant department when necessary
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a call handling, customer service, or administrative role preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Competent IT skills and confidence using internal systems
  • A compassionate and patient approach when dealing with customers
