Key responsibilities for this Events & Marketing Associate position:
Managing the end-to-end planning and delivery of client events including seminars, roundtables and roadshows
Delivering targeted, high-quality in-person events for core audiences, including wealth owners, family office executives and intermediaries
Managing invitation processes, RSVP tracking and guest communications with precision and professionalism
Working closely with Relationship Managers and the wider marketing team to ensure events align with business development objectives
Coordinating the distribution of marketing collateral and maintaining accurate mailing lists
Designing and formatting client-facing materials and marketing documents in line with brand guidelines
What background and experience are the company looking for?
Experience in event management, gained within wealth management, asset management or professional services
Degree within a related field preferred
Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders and discretion when working with high-profile clients
A proactive, calm and reliable working style, comfortable in a client-facing environment
