LEAD ANALYTICS CONSULTANT

Hybrid working with two days per week in the office and additional client-site travel as required.

This is a rare opportunity to join a growing analytics consulting capability at a pivotal stage. You will play a central role in shaping an end to end advisory offering, moving beyond ad hoc analytics support to a structured, client-led consulting practice with real strategic impact.

THE ROLE

• Lead high-impact, analytics-driven consulting engagements for financial services clients.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, framing problems and translating insights into clear recommendations.
• Own delivery end to end, from scoping and solution design through to execution and value realisation.
• Build and grow a client-facing consulting team, including mentoring and developing junior consultants.
• Contribute to business development through proposals, pitches and account growth.
• Help define consulting methodologies, offerings and ways of working as the practice scales.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Strong commercial consulting experience within banking, payments or fintech environments.
• Proven ability to engage credibly with senior risk, analytics or data leaders in financial services.
• Experience leading complex client engagements and managing multiple stakeholders.
• A solid understanding of analytics and data-led problem solving, with hands-on capability an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to sell, shape and deliver consulting solutions.
• An interest in building and scaling a consulting practice, not just delivering individual projects.
