PROS AI UK is a newly launched pay-per-lead home services marketplace connecting London homeowners with verified local tradespeople across the trades and home improvement sector. We are a lean, fast-moving startup backed by an experienced international team, and we are looking for our first UK-based Sales Manager to help us scale.
The Role
As our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and leading our supplier acquisition function from day one. You will recruit tradespeople onto our platform, manage the onboarding process, and lead a growing team of sales callers.
This is a remote, UK-based role reporting directly to the founder. You will have full ownership of the sales pipeline, the playbook, and the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end supplier acquisition process for London
- Make outbound calls to tradespeople from our curated provider database
- Conduct product demos and close sign-ups with service providers
- Hit monthly supplier recruitment targets
- Recruit, train and manage sales callers as the team grows
- Refine scripts, objection handling, and sales processes based on market feedback
- Report daily and weekly KPIs to the founder
- Collaborate with the platform team to feed back provider insights
What We Are Looking For
- Native English speaker (essential)
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in services, marketplaces, lead generation, or SaaS
- Proven track record of hitting outbound sales targets
- Experience managing or mentoring junior sales staff is a strong plus
- Self-starter comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced startup environment
- Confident on the phone, strong negotiation and closing skills
- Familiarity with the UK trades or home services industry is a plus
- Must be UK-based with the right to work in the UK

- Basic salary of £2,900 per month
- Performance-based bonuses of up to £800 per month
- Total OTE of £44,400+ per year
