Customer Product Owner

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Customer Product Owner who will drive our growing use of Salesforce, Zendesk and other associated customer systems. Working closely with the business to lead the development and shape and our use and success of the Sales Force product. You will have a profound comprehension of sales processes, customer relationship management (CRM), Revenue Cloud Advanced or Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) and a proven track record of adeptly overseeing and advancing products within the Sales Force ecosystem.
This is a critical role for Banham as Salesforce underpins the entire sales journey, from customer initial contact, through surveying to ordering. Whilst Zendesk is widely used by the business to allow all complaints/ queries from customers to be resolved.

What can you bring to Banham?

As a Customer Product Owner with 5+ years of experience aligned with a specialisation in Sales Force products you will bring: 


  • Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, including its capabilities, features, and limitations across various clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Marketing Cloud.).
  • Profound understanding of CRM systems, especially Sales Force, coupled with familiarity with related technologies and integrations.
  • Experience of working with a CPQ type of product, preferably within the Salesforce Revenue Cloud.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of effectively managing relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including executives, customers, and development teams.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in using data analytics, user research, and feedback to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement
  • Proven experience of leading teams working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong presentation and persuasion skills to o influence executive decision-making and gain buy-in for product initiatives.
  • Commitment to staying updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and evolving customer preferences through continuous learning and professional development.
  • Salesforce AppExchange: Awareness of the Salesforce ecosystem and familiarity with the Salesforce
  • AppExchange marketplace for identifying and evaluating third-party apps and integrations
