Electrical Improver Required - Retrofit Project

Location: Oxford, OX4 4UY

Hours: 39 hours per week - Monday to Friday

We are currently looking for an Electrical Improver to support a retrofit electrical project based in Oxford.

The RoleWorking alongside qualified electricians, you will assist with electrical installation works within an existing and partially occupied building. Duties will include:

• Installation of PVC conduit and containment systems
• Pulling, dressing, and securing cables
• Assisting with installation of Fan Coil Units (FCUs)
• Assisting with installation and wiring of sensors and control devices
• Working safely in occupied areas with minimal disruption to residents
• Maintaining clean and safe work areas
• Following all site health and safety procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Electrical Improver
• ECS card preferred
• Working towards NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
• Good understanding of basic electrical installation practices
• Experience with conduit, containment, and cabling
• Reliable, professional, and safety-focused attitude
