We are partnered with a high-growth, internationally expanding clean technology business seeking to appoint a Management Accountant to join their finance team in Bathgate (hybrid working available).

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a scaling organisation as it strengthens its financial infrastructure to support increasing global demand. You will play a key role in core accounting activities, ensuring accuracy in reporting while contributing to process improvements within a dynamic and evolving environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes, including journals and reconciliations.
• Maintain the fixed asset register and perform balance sheet reconciliations with variance analysis.
• Assist with intercompany accounting, VAT processes, and cash management activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and support audit requirements and process improvements.

Key requirements:

• Part-qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) actively studying with 2+ years’ finance experience.
• Strong understanding of core accounting principles, including journals and reconciliations.
• Confident Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems.
• Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
