Lamination Operator
Location: Elsham, North Lincolnshire
Salary: £14.40 per hour + Overtime + Excellent Benefits
Hours: 4 on / 4 off (2 Days / 2 Nights), 42 hours per week

Elevation Recruitment are working with a leading manufacturing business to recruit a skilled Lamination Operator to join their growing team.

Role Responsibilities:

• Select films, materials, and operating supplies in line with job specifications

• Set up jobs safely and efficiently

• Conduct in-process inspection checks to ensure products meet quality standards

• Unload, record, palletise, and package products per internal and customer requirements

• Accurately complete production reports using Mills/S4 systems

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area

• Monitor machine operations and carry out problem-solving when required

• Report maintenance issues promptly to prevent downtime

• Rework non-conforming products as needed

• Manage waste safely - empty skips, cover external skips, and keep the plant tidy

• Update Daily Management Boards and complete other assigned tasks

Health, Safety & Environmental Responsibilities:

• Adhere to all Environmental, Health & Safety policies and legislation

• Promote and contribute to safe and environmentally responsible working practices

• Operate only the equipment you're trained and authorised to use

• Report any injuries, incidents, or near misses immediately

• Minimise waste and handle materials responsibly

What's on Offer:

• Salary: £14.40 per hour

• Shift pattern: 4 on / 4 off (2 days / 2 nights) - 42 hours per week with 1-hour paid breaks

• Overtime: Paid at 1.5x (Saturdays) and 2x (Sundays & Bank Holidays)

• Gainshare Bonus: Quarterly bonus of up to 5% based on site KPIs
