Key Responsibilities for a Trainee Project Manager:


  • Support the Senior Project Manager with the day-to-day delivery of roofing and construction projects
  • Liaise professionally with tenants and clients throughout all project stages
  • Provide project and administrative support, including scheduling, reporting, and progress tracking
  • Coordinate site logistics, including deliveries, collections, and operative requirements
  • Assist with project planning and maintaining accurate project records
  • Work closely with site and office teams to ensure smooth project delivery


Key Skills for a Trainee Project Manager:


  • Experience within Construction, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred or strong construction industry experience
  • Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • Confident using IT systems and managing documentation
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced project environment
  • Proactive team player with a willingness to learn and develop
