Our client, a highly regarded and long-established organisation, is looking to welcome a Customer Consultant into their busy, customer-focused team.

This position sits within an in-house travel team, supporting a loyal and engaged member base with holiday bookings and related enquiries. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering excellent service and being part of a collaborative environment.

The role will involve:

• Handling inbound customer calls with a professional, friendly approach
• Managing enquiries across both phone and email channels
• Tailoring accommodation and travel bookings to suit individual needs
• Supporting customers throughout the full booking journey
• Maintaining accurate records with a strong eye for detail
• Building product knowledge through ongoing training and teamwork
• Assisting with general administration where required
