About the Role

Are you passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? We’re looking for an experienced Family Solicitor to join our client's dynamic team in Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of family law matters while delivering exceptional client care.

What You’ll Do

• Provide expert legal advice and representation on family law issues including divorce, financial settlements, child arrangements, domestic violence, and cohabitation disputes.
• Draft and negotiate key legal documents such as prenuptial agreements, separation agreements, and consent orders.
• Prepare cases for hearings and represent clients in court when required.
• Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with SRA standards.
• Build strong client relationships and manage expectations throughout the process.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor with a valid Practising Certificate.
• 5+ years PQE in family law.
• Strong advocacy and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and client care abilities.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines.
