Role Overview

We are urgently recruiting experienced Support Workers who can drive to support a range of services including domiciliary care, supported living, and residential settings.

This is ideal for workers who want consistent agency shifts across multiple services.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred care in line with care plans
• Support with personal care, medication, and daily living tasks
• Work across domiciliary care routes (drivers essential)
• Support residents with learning disabilities, mental health, or complex needs
• Maintain accurate records and follow safeguarding procedures

Requirements (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

• Minimum 6 months UK care experience (domiciliary or residential)
• Full UK driving licence + access to vehicle
• Right to work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain)
• Mandatory training (or willingness to complete):
• Moving & Handling
• Safeguarding
• Medication
• Infection Control

Desirable (This is what gets them booked FAST)

• Experience with challenging behaviour / mental health / autism
• PMVA / CPI training
• Experience working alone in the community
