My client is looking for several Sales Order Processors to join their friendly team.  Due to company expansion and growth, we are seeking experienced individuals who excel in customer service and order processing.

This role is ideal for someone who is proficient in using CRM systems taking orders from customers using excellent communication skills with brilliant customer service experience.  You are required to be will be friendly, approachable and clearly spoken so the customers get the best service possible.

There are various shift patterns available - average 8.5 hours per day.  Usually a 5/7 rota.  Some include 1 or 2 weekend days.  They also offer Mon-Friday 3pm 9.30pm depending on your shift choice.  There is overtime to be had too if wanted.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Handle customer inquiries over the phone, assisting with product selection and order processing.
• Utilize CRM systems to manage customer interactions and ensure accurate order entry.
• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs ensuring their orders are met
• Maintain strong customer relations by ensuring all customer interactions are handled with professionalism and care.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed sales targets and customer service standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sales Order Processor or similar role in customer service and order handling.
• Strong proficiency in using CRM systems to manage customer data and process orders.
• Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality customer service.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
